Popcorn Machine
Who doesn’t love the smell of freshly popped popcorn! Our popcorn machines are perfect for that late night self serve snack at your party, game day or carnival themed events, concessions or festivals. Complete popcorn kits (popcorn, salt, and oil) available for sale for our 6 oz kettles. Also available for sale are popcorn bags in two sizes and popcorn boxes.
Electrical Requirements: properly-grounded 120V with a 15 amp, 3 prong outlet.
This machine should be plugged directly into a wall outlet. Power cord is 5 FT in length. The use of extension cords is not recommended due to safety concerns, reduced performance and damage to the machine.
Making Popcorn:
1. Turn on all switches.
2. Allow kettle to warm for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Cut off top of plastic pack and dump entire contents into the kettle. Pull the lid closed.
4. While popcorn is popping keep door slightly ajar to prevent fogging.
5. Allow corn to pop until all popping ceases, usually 3-4 seconds between pops. Then pour remaining popped corn from kettle by rotating handle clockwise 1/3 of a turn and pulling downward
6. Repeat steps 1-5 for additional batches.
7. Turn Kettle switch to OFF position when finished preparing popcorn; POWER or LIGHT switch may remain ON to display and heat corn
KETTLE WILL BE HOT! Please be sure to avoid direct contact with the kettle during the popping process.
Cleaning: Item must be returned cleaned. Returned unclean fee is $20.
1. Wipe down inside and outside of kettle with a soft cloth once cooled. NO WATER on any part of the kettle.
2. Use an ammonia FREE cleaner on the Lexan Windows.
3. The metal flooring, door and drawer can be washed with soapy water.
